Our Sponsoring Committee

There is no membership fee or annual dues to be an air cadet.

The training is mostly provided free of charge and the uniform is issued for the duration of membership.

However, cadets, with the support of their parents/guardians, are requested to participate in squadron fundraising activities or by making a donation to the squadron.

This enables the squadron to provide activities not paid for by the Canadian Armed Forces and other cover other costs associated with delivering our program.

The Sponsoring Committee is the local civilian partner for our squadron responsible for coordinating the local support our activities in the community.

They work with the Canadian Armed Forces to ensure that the squadron remains viable and provides a dynamic training program for our cadets.

Parents interested in volunteering with our Sponsoring Committee are invited to contact our Sponsoring Committee President Mrs. Williams at the squadron on a regular training night.
